The 11th Annual Connecting Michgan for Health Conference includes three specific elements:

• Connectathon (May 30 and 31, 2019) (see separate entry for this event)
• Legal Summit (June 3, 2019) (information found below)
• Connecting for Michigan (June 4 and 5, 2019) (information found below)

June 3, 2019:  Legal Summit

Conference Title: "Boosting the Legal Landscape: Positioning Michigan’s Legal Community for National Interoperability"

Date / Times: Monday, June 3, 2019, 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location: Lansing Center, 333 East Michigan Avenue, Banquet Rooms 1-6, Lansing, MI 48933

Hotel Reservations: Group rate of $134.95 per person per night at the Radisson Hotel, 111 N. Grand Avenue, Lansing, MI 48933; phone 517-482-0188.

• Attendees can make reservations online and type in the promotional code, MIHIN9, to receive the group rate. Reservations must be made by May 13, 2019, to secure the group rate.

Registration: Register for this pre-conference event today for a rate of $215.

Attendees can choose to register for both the Legal Summit and Connecting Michigan for Health (3 daysin total) and that registration fee is $450. 

If registering on May 20^th or later, the Legal Summit registration fee will be $340.

Conference Theme:  The 2019 Legal Summit will include pressing topics around national interoperability, the sharing of behavioral health information, and recent legislation pertaining to the opioid crisis.  There will be an emphasis on building Michigan’s legal community through the facilitation of interactive panel discussions and multiple networking events.

June 4-5, 2019: 2 Day Conference

Dates / Times: Tuesday, June 4 and Wednesday, June 5, 2019, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Breakfast and registration will open at 8:00 AM, and event will begin at 9:00 AM) plus an evening Networking Reception on Tuesday, June 4^th.

Registration: To register for both days at the conference, the fee is $300 or register an attendee can register for only one day, either June 4th or June 5th, for $175  

If you are unable to register in advance, you can purchase a ticket at the door on June 4^th for the 2 day event: $400.

Conference Theme: The 11^th annual Connecting Michigan for Health conference will bring speakers together to discuss an array of topics, including Interoperability, FHIR® and Care Quality. The agenda includes panel sessions, industry and state leaders and interactive displays for these topics.
