Healthcare Crisis Management - Culture and Communication Workshop

How a Healthcare organization responds to an unexpected event or crisis is critical. Those most affected by crisis come first but the longer term impact to organizational reputation and brand cannot be overlooked. Organizations that encourage a mindful and resilient organizational culture that promotes stakeholder awareness, responsibility and communication path knowledge will be better prepared to manage an unexpected event, crisis, and brand reputation.

In this afternoon workshop, we will discuss organizational resiliency mindsets and scenarios related to your industry and organizational structures. Participants will become versed in assessing communication architectures designed to reduce uncertainty and encourage positive action. Useful workshop activities will entail assessing resiliency aspects of your organization and developing more assured communication practices that can be applied to negotiate crisis and brand maintenance.
