Industry Presentation and Networking Event (Space Limited)

Patterned in the style of the highly popular TEDtalks, the UofU Department of Biomedical Informatics invites innovative thought leaders from industry an academia to deliver talks on the newest and most innovative changes happening in the field of informatics. The presentation is followed by a networking mixer with a full dinner buffet & open bar, held on the rooftop terrace of the SJ Quinney Law Building overlooking the Salt Lake City skyline. Keynote Presenter

With an engineering background and over 20 years of medical practice, Dr. Russell Leftwich is Senior Clinical Advisor, Interoperability, for InterSystems and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Biomedical Informatics at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and clinical informatics.
