Arthur W. Harvey III, MS, CPHIMS

Arthur W. Harvey III, MS, CPHIMS has 30 years of experience in the healthcare informatics field with a

particular focus on building high performing HIT teams at provider organizations. He currently serves as

Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Boston Medical Center Health System overseeing overall

IT strategy for both Boston Medical Center and the Boston Medical Center Health Net Plan.

Arthur holds a BA from Boston College in Economics and Computer Science as well as an MS in Information Technology Management from Brandeis University. He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information Management Systems and serves as the chair of the CIO Council for the New England

Bill Wellman

Bill Wellman is a consultant, entrepreneur and educator. He currently provides consulting services to healthcare clients. He is the founder of Personated RealitySolutions Inc., a blockchain startup focused on transforming customer relationship management. He is also launching a blockchain startup in the

financial services and insurance industry. Bill currently teaches Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Blockchain courses at Harvard University. Previously, Bill was the Vice President for Global Support at Healthways International. Bill has held executive positions at several consulting firms including CSC and First Consulting Group. Bill has served as the Chief Information Officer or as a senior IT executive for several healthcare.  Provider organizations including Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Alexian Brothers Hospital Network, Lahey Clinic, Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center and Highland Park Hospital. He holds a B.A. in Social Science from Michigan State University and an M.S. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
