Children’s Information Services Department is on a journey to build a digital platform. We are transforming technologies and culture to drive better outcomes for our patients, families, clinicians, and employees. John Hamm will share how it started with a business case and has transformed into a stable digital foundation allowing the future of applications and data to evolve. The software defined infrastructure, designed with cyber security controls from the ground up, is in progress allowing Texas Children’s to coordinate the second layer of transformation. John will share how CIO, Myra Davis, has encouraged and nurtured IT to think differently about our culture, delivery, and support of a fast growing organization focused on the mission of leading care for Texas Children’s children and women.
