Join the Oregon Chapter of HIMSS for a discussion focusing on Utah's strategy for and experiences with using HIE and risk adjustment factors for Population Health. Guest speaker Dr. Matthew Hoffman will present his unique perspective and review examples of how Health IT and risk adjustment factor data analytics allowed providers, payers, and public health across communities to identify and address population health needs. There will be time to engage in discussion with Dr. Hoffman. Bring your questions for this educational and networking event.

Matthew Hoffman, M.D. Dr. Hoffman is the Chief Medical Informatics Officer at Utah Health Information Network, where he leads the clinical data analysis and oversaw the implementation of CareAchieve, UHIN's data analytics tools.
