Hotel rooms for the conference
If you need a hotel room for the conference, please call 1-800-867-9453 and mention your attendance to the “HIMSS Dairyland Spring Conference at Glacier Canyon Lodge” under reservation #666883. The conference rate for hotel rooms on May 16th and May 17th is $99 (plus taxes/$19.95 resort fee) per night and is available through April 16th.
Substitutions/Refunds
Substitution is allowed if provided in writing no later than May 15, 2018 at 5:00pm to janet.manderscheid@froedtert.com and the substitution is for the same category (member/non-member/student) as what was originally purchased.
A refund of all fees will be allowed if provided in writing no later than May 10, 2018 at 5:00pm to janet.manderscheid@froedtert.com. Refunds will be applied to the same credit card that was used for the payment.
