Jeffrey Loughlin
Currently serves as Co-Chair of the HIE Committee

Jeff Loughlin is a Principal Consultant with the Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative (MAeHC) and currently serves as the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Health Information Organization (NHHIO), working with providers, practice leaders, medical and administrative staffs to ensure successful adoption of Health Information Technology (HIT) and the implementation of the statewide health information exchange (HIE). Jeff has worked with the Collaborative for over 12 years, providing a variety of consulting services to practice, and community based electronic health record (EHR) and HIE initiatives. Prior to joining MAeHC, Jeff served as an information technology (IT) consultant at Boston Medical Center providing EHR implementation and training services for the outpatient medical departments. Before moving to the IT team, Jeff spent several years as a Practice Manager in a variety of outpatient settings at Boston Medical Center, Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, and Boston City Hospital. Jeff is a US Army veteran with 30 years of military service, and is currently serving as the Commander, Massachusetts Army National Guard Medical Command as a Medical Service Corps Colonel. Jeff holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Simmons College in Boston, and a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Monique Czulewicz
Currently serves on the Programs Committee

Monique Czulewicz is a Revenue Cycle Analyst who enjoys working hands-on with hospital billing systems and workflows. As an active board member of New England HIMSS, Monique is proud to be a part of a community that believes in putting patients and their families first. Monique originally began her career in 2008 with the Merrill Lynch Operations Leadership Program in New York and pivoted to the healthcare industry in 2011. She currently holds the role of Epic Profressional Billing Analyst/Principal Trainer at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, MA and has previously worked at Partners Healthcare and Boston Medical Center. Monique is enrolled at Northeastern University where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and is now pursuing her Master's degree in Health Informatics.

Patricia (Pat) Rioux
Currently serves as the chapter Secretary and Co-Chair of the Sponsorship Committee

Pat Rioux has worked with in healthcare information management/technology for 30+ years, having earned an RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) from AHIMA and a degree in Health Information Management from MassBay CC. She has served as Chair and Co-Chair of the New England HIMSS chapter's Sponsorship Committee and as Secretary for Chapter Year 2017-18and promotes HIT and the local chapter events through social media.Currently working as an advisor to InterOp RX,her background includes providing a variety of consulting servicesover the years for providers, healthcare organizations, and healthcare research institutions. Professional experience includes Product & Project Management for Elsevier Clinical Solutions, Alere Analytics, eClinicalWorks, and Abt Associates, and Founder of Mediclaim Associates.
