Nancy Birchbach  Vice President and CIO, Agnesian HealthCare, Inc. 

Nancy joined Agnesian HealthCare in 1998 and has progressively served in advancing roles including Operations, Systems Analysis, Information Security Officer, Director of Information Technology, AVP - Information Technology, and most recently System Vice President and CIO.   Nancy’s team was recognized as one of Health Information Technology News’ Best Hospital IT Departments in 2015.  Nancy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership Studies at Marian University. Nancy and her husband Norm live in Fond du Lac, WI, and have two adult sons.

 

Kari Hutchison, RN  Director, Acute Care Clinical Epic Applications, SSM Healthcare

Kari began her career as a project manager for Epic in Inpatient and Ambulatory applications after earning her Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University. She left Epic to seek her nursing degree from Marquette University and worked at Froedtert Health on the cardiac stepdown unit while also serving as a SME for their Epic implementation. In 2009, Kari left bedside nursing to join Impact Advisors as a consultant leading several multi-facility enterprise Epic implementations as the project director. Kari served as the Epic Program Director for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in Glendale, WI, and is now serving in her current role as director at SSM. Kari lives in Madison, WI, with her husband and two kids.

Amanda Krueger  Talent Acquisition Specialist, Aspirus, Inc.

Amanda has over 15 years of recruiting, sourcing, and human resources experience in the healthcare and staffing industries.  Amanda is currently responsible for developing and executing immediate and long-term recruitment strategies utilizing innovative sourcing strategies, techniques, and tools at Aspirus in Wausau, WI. Prior to working in healthcare, Amanda spent several years in the staffing industry providing businesses throughout the central Wisconsin area with top talent in professional, technical, engineering, and management fields. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.  She was born and raised in Wausau and resides there with her husband and two sons.

Spencer Feran Account Executive, Huron Consulting

Spencer has a decade of experience in the IT industry and has led and implemented a variety of technology projects and initiatives for his clients. Much of his career has been spent working in healthcare, and he holds certifications in six Epic applications from his time as an Epic employee. Having worked as an analyst, project manager, and consultant has provided his with a breadth of experience which allows him to fully understand and act on the needs of his clients in his current role as an Account Executive for Huron’s Technology Services.
