HIMSS chapter members,

I regret to inform our chapter members that our chapter is in a situation where we currently do not have a president and I have not heard from anyone that they are interested in filling this role and/or being more involved in the chapter in a leadership role.

I'm sending this email to our members to allow for one more chance for someone or a few people to step forward that is interested in taking on leadership of our chapter. I would be happy to continue for another year to aid in the transition to that person or people.

If there is no interest, I believe our chapter will need to either become defunct/inactive and/or merge with another state chapter.

If you are willing to take on the leadership (we need, at a minimum, president, vice-president, and treasurer), please send me an email stating that interest. Please send to mschumacher@altru.org. 

If there is not sufficient interest expressed by May 31, 2022, I will begin the process of merging or closing the chapter.
