Kasey Schuldt, Technology Business Management (TBM) Practice Manager

Kasey Schuldt is an experienced IT Finance leader with experience supporting corporate growth and strategic objectives through various financial tools and models. She is results-oriented with a broad experience set including executive leadership presentations, financial reporting and analysis and cross-functional team-building management. In her current role she is a leader within the Business Management team, with critical ties to Shared Services IS, Care Delivery IS, Technology services, along with additional areas led by the CIO. Her main focus is on IT financial management; she acts as a liaison to conduct value conversations between IT leaders and their business partners by maintaining and administering the TBM system, sourcing and integrating data, developing and delivering reports, liaising with data owners, advising and supporting decision makers. She is driven to grow the maturity and adoption of TBM across Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS).

Sara Scheu, Vice President Shared Services IS Solutions

Sara is an experienced health care IS leader with passion for delivering results through effective communication, strong relationships, and efficient planning. Passionate about matching organizational needs with successful solutions, she pushes to allow customers to use technology and best methods to effectively navigate change. As a strong team leader, with a focus on coaching for excellence, Sara looks to pivot teams in new directions and deliver results. As part of her 18+ years with Marshfield Clinic Health System, she is grateful to lead Marshfield Clinic Health System’s strong TBM team, the Shared Services Solutions team, along with the Helpdesk. As leader of the TBM Council’s healthcare strategy workgroup, Sara enjoys the partnership across the healthcare space and the strong collaboration by the TBM Council team.

Sara lives in northwest Wisconsin with her husband and three children. Together, they embrace life in rural Wisconsin where they spend long summer evenings on the lake waterskiing, paddle boarding, or just relaxing. During the colder months, they enjoy the same lake in frozen form, ice skating, cross country skiing or ice fishing.
